• Museum tickets are non-refundable, and the museum can be scary to small children.
• Many Artifacts in the museum are over 300 years old. For the safety of the artifacts, staff and other guests, video surveillance is in use.
• For the safety of children and courtesy to other guests, they need to stay with their group. Under 18 must be accompanied by an adult. For every 2 children, 1 adult must be present.
• Museum manners please. Horseplay will not be tolerated.
• Do not touch artifacts and animatronics. Only items marked as Hands on Activities and Scavenger Hunt items are touchable.
• Large bags, backpacks and store merchandise are not permitted in the Museum.
• As a courtesy to other guests please do not talk on your cell phone while in the Museum.
• No Food or Drink in the Museum.
• Pictures are allowed at Photo Opportunity Stops only, please no video. Video by appointment only.
• Complementary Museum tickets are non-transferable and require identification to be redeemed.
