Product Description
This is a Moroccan Berber Shula knife from the 1800s. The word "Shula" also refers to the Berbers who life in the northern part of Morocco. The knife bears the typical style of blade decoration of this North African type. The hilt is metal which has been worked and carved to the display face of what looks like a bird and decorated with a geometric design. The sheath is wooden with carved designs and a carved belt loop. Very unusual knife.
